To place an order, please contact us to request a quotation. If you decide to proceed, we will issue an invoice, and a 50% deposit will be required.

The estimated delivery/lead time will be specified on the invoice. Our quotation covers delivery to one location.

Production time varies based on customization complexity and order size. Larger orders take longer due to increased quantity, while intricate customization may extend production. We will provide an estimated delivery date frame upon quotation. 

Additionally, we will factor in potential delays such as holidays and customs clearance during the estimation process.
